Hilliard and Associate is a dedicated personal injury law firm working only on behalf of the injured. Established in 2002 by Brian Hilliard the firm’s sole focus is providing quality legal services state wide to injured individuals.
We are committed to helping injured people – unlike other law firms we never act for employers or insurance companies.
Our firm is located in the heart of the Hobart CBD and our legal team consists of 7 personnel including 4 Lawyers. We are experienced, compassionate and committed to your personal injuries claim. We have assisted thousands of people to claim compensation for motor vehicle accident, workers compensation, public liability, professional liability and medical negligence claims.
Our team regularly travels across Tasmania to discuss your injury, interview witness’ or review accident scenes for a greater understanding of your claim.
NO WIN NO FEE
We understand that most of our clients have other pressing financial strains, particularly when their usual income has been reduced or extinguished after an injury. For that reason we usually act on a No Win No Fee basis, which in our case means that there is nothing to pay towards the legal costs of running the case until the successful conclusion on your claim. We will discuss our No Win No Fee further at our initial interview and the possible deduction for costs or disbursements prior to taking your instructions to begin any claim for compensation.
